"Finish" - Book Club for Women
Off-Site in the Pennsburg Area (Tuesdays at 5:00pm)
Starting is fun, but the future belongs to finishers. We will be discussing New York Times bestselling author and speaker Jon Acuff's book "Finish" that leads you through practical ways to tackle a goal from start to finish. We will learn how to battle with the sly monster of perfectionism, the 8 Biblical Keys for Goal Planning, and how to lean into Jesus for strength. We will break down our goals, make it FUN, put proper accountability in place, and give yourself the gift of done. You will need to order or download Jon Acuff's book "Finish" for this discussion.

Snowboarding/Skiing

Do you love cutting through that fresh powder and feeling the brisk air hitting your face as you rip down a double black diamond? Whether you're a novice or an expert skier/snowboarder join us on the slopes at Roundtop this winter! We'll start at 9am, but you can come and go as your schedule allows. We'll take a break around 12pm for lunch (cooking out in the parking lot) and conversation.

Ephrata - Off-Site (The 2nd Sunday of every month at 5:00pm)
Enjoy getting together and some friendly competition with other shooting enthusiasts. This is open for all types of shooting including rifle, pistol, shotgun, archery, or all of the above. Each month we'll get together to connect and also talk about this fun sport. Varying skill levels are welcome but safe firearm handling will be strictly required.

Men's Open Basketball League - Teams
Off-Site in the Manheim Area (Mondays at 6:30pm)
Are you a rec basketball player? Did you play in high school or college? If you haven’t joined a group yet and love basketball…. This group is for you! Come out and play basketball officiated by qualified PIAA referees. This group will look to enter the “B” Division. It would be helpful if you have played in leagues before, high school or potentially college, although not required. Teams are guaranteed 9 games. Top teams qualify for playoffs. **All referee fees are included in league registration fee** Games are between 6:30pm and 9:30pm on Mondays. We will keep the team around 10-15 people. Sign up today! Event Cost: $75 per person.

Self Defense
On-Site at LCBC West Shore (Tuesdays at 6:30pm)
Although God is our only true source of protection, we hope to teach you some skills to defend yourself or others if the need arises. In this co-ed group we’ll do a quick devotional, talk about situational awareness/conflict avoidance and train on some striking/grappling skills. You might even accidentally get in a workout! As the membership to this group is capped, please do not sign up for it unless you can make most of the meetings. Children 12 and up can participate if they have a parent who is actively participating. Please sign them up as a member.

This study explores the heart of God through his word in order to develop an understanding of how to navigate the world and relationships. Broken hearts and sorrows are part of life, but how we respond to and recover from them rely on our understanding of God’s promises.
