We want to be a part of what God is doing not only here in Pennsylvania, but around the world. Each LCBC location adopts a community in another country where we sponsor children and support community development.

Empowering - Genesis 1:27
We believe every person carries the image of God, so we work from the perspective that our partners have intrinsic gifts, abilities, and dreams. We begin from what they have rather than what they lack and create opportunities to both give and receive. We work through local leaders and seek to support the local economy in all we do.
Transforming - Isaiah 61:1
We believe God is passionate about the eradication of poverty and oppression, both physically and spiritually, so we partner with organizations that address both physical and spiritual needs. We commit to partnership until the community agrees they are ready to be fully independent.
Sustainable - Colossians 3:23
We believe we are called to serve wholeheartedly and excellently, so we invest in one thing to do it well. We continue to evaluate our priorities and our systems to ensure we are offering our best to our neighbors in a way that keeps us committed to for the long haul.
Engaging - Luke 10:25-37
We believe God calls everyone to care for their neighbor, so we provide opportunity for every person at LCBC to do so through child sponsorship, experiential learning, and vision trips.
