Greater Hope

The greatest investment we can make is in people. Greater Hope is about raising up the next generation of leaders, equipping followers of Jesus to make a Kingdom difference wherever they've been placed, and building the infrastructure to resource, grow, and sustain everything God has for us in the decades ahead.

Train and equip thousands of people across our church and state to leverage their influence for kingdom impact wherever God has placed them

Every follower of Jesus has been placed somewhere on purpose. A workplace. A neighborhood. A school. A family. We will train and equip thousands of people across our church and state to leverage their influence for kingdom impact right where God has put them — because the mission doesn’t just happen in a church building. It happens through each of us.

Invest in the next generation of leaders for our church

The church’s future depends on who’s being developed today. We will continue to invest in the next generation of leaders through expanding student internships, mentorships for young adults, and DEVELUP—our residency program that develops young men and women for a lifetime of ministry impact.

Build a ministry launch center to serve as the hub of leadership development – including video/podcast content studios and ongoing training and resourcing for LCBC’s locations

We will build a Ministry Launch Center to scale our impact across the state. A place for the next generation of leaders we’re investing in. A training hub for LCBC leaders and PA pastors alike. And our Central Offices where our team works each day to equip and resource our locations across the state. Additionally, it will include video and podcast content studios that strengthen every LCBC location and equip the churches God has given us the opportunity to come alongside.
