We believe the Bible is God鈥檚 Word written by human authors under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is the ultimate source of truth for Christian beliefs and living. The Bible is true and without error.

God
We believe God is the Creator and Ruler of the universe. He has eternally existed in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Jesus Christ is the second member of the Trinity (the Son of God) who became flesh to reveal God to humanity and to become the Savior of the world.

Humanity
We believe God created all people in his image with the desire to have a relationship with him but because of sinful disobedience all people have become alienated in that relationship. As a result, we are incapable of regaining a right relationship with God through our own efforts.

Sin and its Remedy
We believe because of our sinful nature we all fall short of God鈥檚 perfect standard. God solved this problem by sending his Son, Jesus, to pay the penalty of death for the sins of humanity. Those who trust in Jesus鈥檚 payment for their sins are forgiven and receive eternal life as a free gift from God.

The Church
We believe the Church is made up of all people who have trusted in Jesus. The purpose of the Church is to glorify God by loving him and carrying out his work in the world today.
