Our minds are shaped by what we focus on. The Apostle Paul gives us a filter: whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, or praiseworthy—think on that.
Paul isn't trying to say we should just ignore hard things. He’s saying they don’t define everything. Training our minds to notice life-giving things changes who we are.
We can’t control every thought, but we can choose which ones we dwell on. Over time, what we dwell on becomes our mindset. So, dwell wisely.
Pray: Jesus, help me see the beauty you place around me. Teach me to focus on what is good and true, and to find you in every moment. Let your truth be my dwelling place.
