God reassures Moses the people he has led will reach the destination God has planned for them. We are told that Joshua is full of the spirit of wisdom - a combination of the investment Moses has made in training him and a supernatural enablement from God.
How much do we invest in the development of others? How much do we rely on divine enablement? It takes both.
