God continues to work to increase David鈥檚 influence. David becomes connected with the royal family both by friendship and marriage, but Saul begins to feel threatened by him.
It does no good to feel threatened by the talents and popularity of the people around us. If God has gifted someone else in a way you are not or allows someone else鈥檚 popularity to be greater, it鈥檚 in his hands. You will only become frustrated if you try to stop God鈥檚 plan.
