Jesus continues to train his disciples to carry his message forward. Jesus’ biggest concern is that more workers are needed. People’s response to the message is up to them, but Jesus wants more workers to tell others about him.
Jesus also wants us to love others. His advice about shaking the dust off your feet could be seen as being given the right to hate people who don’t follow Jesus like we do. But Jesus also tells of the Good Samaritan who obeys God by loving the people God loves.
