Joshua begins to prepare the people for his death. He reminds them that God has given them strength to defeat their enemies. They are not to join with those enemies and be sidetracked from following God.
We need the same reminder today. We trusted Jesus because we knew we needed to defeat sin in our lives. Unfortunately, we sometimes return to the sin we wanted to defeat. Be strong! Remember what God has done for you.
