Now we are introduced to Samson鈥檚 character. He is physically strong and strategically clever, but he has a weakness for women. His weakness puts him in contact with the enemies of Israel, which brings about his victories over them. Verse 4 says that God had a plan even in the midst of Samson鈥檚 weakness.
We鈥檇 love to have all strengths and no weaknesses, especially when the weaknesses are a temptation to do the wrong thing. God has a plan even for our weaknesses.
