God chooses Saul to be king. On the surface, he has the good qualities of being tall and handsome, but he doesn鈥檛 feel very qualified for the job.
Saul鈥檚 humility is a good thing. Had he thought he was sufficient on his own abilities to do the job, he would believe he didn鈥檛 need God. It鈥檚 a good idea for all of us to recognize that we can鈥檛 accomplish what God wants us to without his help!
