Joram is a better king than Ahab, but still not what God wants. As Joram allies himself with Judah, he is able to defeat Moab through a miraculous deliverance from God. Flash floods in the desert of Israel still happen, so the flood is not a miracle, but the timing is.
You may experience similar “coincidences” in your life and just see it as good luck. Maybe the reality is that God is protecting you.
