Love
Jesus is teaching about the importance of us staying closely connected to Him. In verses 9-13, He emphasizes love as an important part of remaining in Jesus. He tells us that loving Him isn鈥檛 some mushy feeling that brings us to tears when we think of Him, but rather obeying Him. We are also to love each other, even to the point of giving our lives.
When we tell God we love Him, do we mean we will obey him even if it means the loss of our lives?
