Join us for an unforgettable one-day conference experience, HSM Impact! Get ready to collaborate with Rise Against Hunger as we come together to pack 50,000 meals for underserved communities in South Africa.

On November 11th, at the LCBC Manheim Campus, high school students in grades 9-12 will have the opportunity to embark on an incredible journey of worship, inspiring teaching, service activities, and more, all while strengthening their connections within their small groups. Transportation will be conveniently provided for locations not near Manheim, ensuring you don’t miss out on this impactful experience.

Event Details

The cost of participation in HSM Impact is set at $75 per person, which covers the event (including meals) and also includes an exclusive event hat to commemorate the experience. To ensure your spot, make sure to complete your registration by October 26th, as this is the closing date for all registrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the cost of my ticket cover?

Student tickets cover ONLY the cost of the event (including meals). We will also be asking all participants, leaders, and staff to raise additional funds to pay for 50,000 meals to be packed from Rise Against Hunger ($25,000). After registration you will receive an email approximately one week after registration opens with instructions on how to raise support for this event. We will also be inviting Collide and kidVenture Island at various locations across LCBC to raise money in the month of October for this as we make our love easy to see.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Refunds are available until registration closes on October 26th. If LCBC needs to cancel the event, you will be notified and receive a full refund. Regardless of notice given, if a student can’t attend the event due to illness, COVID-19 exposure or a family emergency, we will provide a full refund. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to request a refund. A refund will only be issued if requested. All student and leader refunds can be requested by emailing .

How will you ensure my student’s safety?

We will have our own Security and Medical teams that will be onsite at Manheim throughout the event. Please note that we cannot hold on to or dispense prescription medications that your student brings with them. We ask that they keep their medications with them and take them as prescribed. Please prepare them ahead of time to take their own medications. A trained medical volunteer will be present at all times to assist with general medical needs and emergencies.
