What are 2–3 specific things a Buddy can do before, during, and after a gathering that help a child and their family feel truly seen, known, and loved?

When a strategy isn’t working in the moment, how do you decide whether to try it again, adjust it, or move to something different—while still prioritizing safety and meaningful engagement with the Bible content?
