What is Night to Shine?

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience centered on God's love for people with special needs ages 14 and older, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and hosted by churches around the world. At LCBC Manheim, guests will walk in on the red carpet and experience a catered dinner, dancing with a live DJ, karaoke, mini-golf, carnival games, a limousine ride around the venue, and more! Night to Shine is all about celebrating who you are, so dress up, have fun, and get ready to feel like royalty.

Whether you're serving or staying close by, there's a place for you at Night to Shine! Volunteers help create a one-of-a-kind night for every guest, and parents and caregivers of registered guests are invited to stay on-site for a complimentary dinner during the event. Advance registration and clearances are required for both.

Night to Shine is an unforgettable prom night experience centered on God's love for people with special needs ages 14 and older, sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation and hosted by churches around the world.
Night to Shine 2027 will take place on Friday, February 12, 2027. The event at LCBC Manheim will start at 6pm and end at 9:30pm.
LCBC Manheim will host Night to Shine at the LCBC Manheim Campus, located at 2392 Mount Joy Rd, Manheim, PA 17545.
Night to Shine is open to individuals with disabilities who are 14 years of age or older. Advance registration is required, and space is limited. Attendance spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis until event capacity is reached.
There is no cost to attend. Night to Shine is a complimentary event for honored guests!
All guests must register before the event, and guest spots are limited. We encourage you to register as early as possible, as events often reach capacity quickly. If the event is full, you may join the waitlist.
If the event reaches capacity, you are welcome to join the waitlist. Because this event fills quickly and waitlists are often lengthy, we encourage families to make alternative plans and not assume that a spot will become available. Should a space open and you be moved from the waitlist to the guest list, you will receive an email notification with next steps and event details.
Each Night to Shine prom night is unique. The event at LCBC Manheim will include:

  • Carnival games
  • Limousine ride around the venue

Night to Shine is all about celebrating who you are—so dress up, have fun, and get ready for a royal evening where every guest is treated like a King or Queen. Guests can wear whatever makes them feel confident, comfortable, and ready to celebrate.
No. Transportation to and from the event is not provided. Guests and their families are responsible for arranging their own transportation and ensuring they have a plan for both arrival and pick-up at the end of the evening. Please make transportation arrangements in advance, as the event is unable to coordinate rides or provide transportation assistance.
Parents and Caregivers play an important role in helping the evening begin smoothly. Upon arrival, parents or caregivers should:
  • Escort their Guest to their assigned dinner table.
  • Introduce themselves to their Guest's assigned Buddy.
  • Ensure the Buddy has their current contact information.
  • Remain reachable throughout the event in case the Buddy or event staff need to contact them.
Maintaining an open line of communication helps ensure a safe, enjoyable, and successful experience for everyone involved.
Yes! While guests enjoy their Night to Shine experience, a separate, complimentary Parent and Caregiver Dinner Event will be available for parents and caregivers of registered guests who wish to remain on-site during the celebration. Advance registration and clearances are required. Individuals without the necessary clearances will not be permitted to attend the dinner or enter the event area. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment for all participants.
LCBC Manheim has wheelchair accessible entrances, event spaces, and restrooms available.
Each Guest will be assigned a Buddy to provide support throughout the evening unless they are accompanied by their own Buddy. All Buddies, including parents and caregivers serving in this role, must register as volunteers and obtain the required clearances prior to attending the event.
