Join moms and their 9 and 10-year-old daughters out in nature for light exercise out in nature (whether it's hiking or taking a bike ride together) and age-appropriate group discussion. The atmosphere will be gentle and relaxed with mentoring mothers lovingly guiding their daughters into how to build and be a part of a loving authentic community of girls that love Jesus and each other. Each Saturday morning, we will meet either for hiking or biking outdoors, conversing along the way. We'll pause to have a snack and drink and discussion together about a number of topics: God's gift of true friendship; the Holy Spirit and how he helps us be an authentic friend; we will learn how to "put ourselves in the way of beauty" and gain skills in how we can recognize what is of God and what isn't. Join my daughter and me for 5 consecutive Saturdays of purposeful and meaningful bonding and lessons that build upon each other, and end with an optional special "finale" on the sixth week! (All LCBC Campuses welcome! But closest ones are: Ephrata, Manheim, and City. York and Lebanon are within a reasonable distance of trails as well!)
