Looking for motivation, accountability, and community in your fitness journey? Join our LCBC Fitness & Accountability Group! This is a space where people can encourage one another, share workout plans and fitness goals, celebrate progress, and build healthy habits together — all while growing in community.
Whether you're just getting started or have been working out for years, everyone is welcome. We’ll also plan occasional meetup workouts for anyone who wants to connect in person and stay active together.
Communication and group interaction will happen through the GroupMe app. (An invite to GroupMe will be sent to your email after you sign up)
