After demonstrating his destructive power over Egypt, God also demonstrates his protective power over Israel in another event. It must have been terrifying to see the Egyptian Army bearing down on them, but they went from slavery to victory over the greatest army on earth without using a single weapon except obedience.
The safest place to be is doing what God tells us to do. It doesn鈥檛 always feel that way in the moment, but it is true.
