Even while Israel and her kings are disobeying God, God continues to reach out to the nation. He does it through prophets like Elisha who is talked about in today鈥檚 event. Here Elisha is helping someone who isn鈥檛 even an Israelite. Naaman has more faith than the king of Israel, and God demonstrates his power.
Sometimes faith comes from the most unlikely people such as a child or someone who doesn鈥檛 seem to have any interest in God. Maybe you have been like the king and panicked when someone asked you to pray for something that felt impossible. We serve a great and powerful God who can answer prayer and speak into the lives of people who may know nothing of him.
