STOP
Take a moment to think about where you feel like you belong.
Everyone wants to feel seen, known, and included—but that doesn’t always happen. Sometimes we feel left out, unnoticed, or unsure of where we fit.
- When do you feel like you truly belong?
- When do you feel disconnected—like you’re on the outside looking in?
- Do you ever feel like you have to change yourself to fit in?
Be honest about your experiences. This helps you recognize what you’re looking for.
EXHALE
Take a slow breath in…and out.
Let go of isolation.
Inhale: “God, thank you…”
Exhale: “…that I belong to you.”
LOOK
“So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family.”
— Ephesians 2:19
ASK
- Do you live like you belong in God’s family?
- How can you help someone else feel included this week?
HEAR
Ask: “God, who can I include?”
Write down names that come to mind.
