STOP 

Pause and think about how you’ve been living day to day. 

Most people don’t wake up intending to drift—but it happens when we stop paying attention. We slowly pick up habits, attitudes, and patterns from the world around us. 

  • What habits or patterns are shaping your life right now?  
  • Where have you been blending in instead of standing out?  
  • Are there areas where your life doesn’t really look different from everyone else’s?  

Write down what stands out. Awareness is the first step toward change. 

EXHALE 

Take a deep breath in…and slowly release it. 

Let go of pressure to be perfect. 

Ask God to lead your life. 

Inhale“God, lead my life…” 

Exhale: “…in your way.” 

LOOK 

“With the Lord’s authority I say this: Live no longer as the Gentiles do…They are hopelessly confused…But that isn’t what you learned about Christ…Throw off your old sinful nature… Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.”
