“God, just tell me!”
Life would be easier if God would just tell you what to do. Not every decision
comes with a clear answer—but sometimes God gives direction through peace.
That’s because there isn't always one right decision. The college you should go to,
the person you should marry, whether or not you have another child, all come with
pros and cons.
God’s voice sounds like peace—so when you’re looking at options, pay attention to
the one that brings you the most peace. Peace doesn’t replace Scripture or the
wisdom of others, but it can serve as a helpful confirmation.
Practice: Think of one decision that feels unsettled. Pray through your options and
notice which choice brings a sense of peace while staying true to God’s Word.
