Read: Job 12:7–10
Creation has a way of putting life into perspective. The animals, the earth, the skies
—they all remind us that life is fragile and fleeting. Yet every breath we take comes
from God. He’s sustaining us every moment, even in the ordinary and small details
of life.
When we pause to watch creation, it’s like God is whispering: “I’m holding this
world, and I’m holding you.” Even when life feels uncertain, he is already at work,
keeping you safe and providing for your needs.
Practice: Take a few minutes to walk outside or simply notice the natural world
around you. As you do, tell God about something you need to rely on him for—
something that’s out of your control. What does he draw your attention to in
nature that reminds you of his character?
