STOP
Pause and think about how your life looks beneath the surface.
It’s easy to look like you’re following God on the outside while hiding things on the inside. But God isn’t just after appearances—he cares about what’s real.
- Are there areas of your life you keep hidden?
- When do you feel most aligned with God—and when do you feel distant?
- Are there choices you’re making that don’t reflect who you want to be?
Be honest with yourself. This is about stepping into what’s true.
EXHALE
Take a deep breath in…hold it…and slowly breathe out.
Let go of anything you’ve been keeping in the dark.
God invites you to live freely and fully in his light.
Inhale: “Lead me into your light…”
Exhale: “…God.”
LOOK
“For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! For this light within you produces only what is good and right and true. Carefully determine what pleases the Lord.”
— Ephesians 5:8–10
ASK
- Is there anything in your life that doesn’t reflect God’s light?
- What would it look like to live more openly and honestly?
- What is one choice you can make today that is “good, right, and true”?
Keep it simple and specific.
HEAR
Sit quietly and ask: “God, what do you want to bring into the light?”
Listen for a nudge, a thought, or a conviction.
Write it down—and take a step toward it today.
