Women of Valor: 8 Courageous Women in the Bible
Proverbs 31:10-31 describes a “virtuous woman,” an “excellent wife.” But the original Hebrew uses the word “Eshet Chayil,” which means “woman of valor.” Throughout the Bible, there are remarkable stories of women who were brave, strong, and steady under pressure.
